Most of our employees are women including the
founder. Majority of these women cannot engage in normal 9-5 jobs like others
as they are stay home moms. While their children are at school, they will be looking
for additional income to support their families. Also some of them are single parents
with small children and need to be close to their homes in order to feed them.
They come from the rural parts of the country
fleeing poverty or violence in search for a stable income and life. All our
employees undergo paid on the job training for 2 months empowering them to make
the products all by themselves.
Since started working with us they have been
able to provide more for their families while fulfilling their duties at home.
Our workshop is comfortable and well ventilated to create a suitable work
environment for our members. We consistently strive to make the work place
better and give our members more pay to take home.
